The pineal gland (PG) - the traditional 'seat of the soul', also known as the 'third eye' - the primary function is to produce melatonin. Melatonin, is a serotonin-derived hormone which modulates sleep patterns in both circadian and seasonal cycles, maintaining core functions of the body systems. These complex functions are critical core and foundation of the human life.

A decalcified pineal gland ("third eye") produces more melatonin when it's decalcified and activated. The main way that the PG gets calcified is by fluoride calcification.

The pineal gland is hugely compromised by the harsh effect of fluoride calcification. Fluoride is found in high amounts in most household and community water supplies, fluoride-toothpaste,  and in many other fluoride products and food sources.

Fluoride is found everywhere today, from drinking water to antibiotics, from some cooking pans to toothpaste, making exposure inevitable. Scientists and researchers have found disturbing effects of fluoride on our health. They have found that fluoride is  a neurotoxin.

Research has also proven that turmeric root spice can prevent fluoride calcification and attenuate it's devastating damage on the entire human life.

"Neurobehavioral problems, like autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, affect about 10-15% of kids born today," the authors says the study author Philippe Grandjean, of the Harvard School of Public Health.

Because we eat certain foods, sleep, and engage in some lifestyle activities that offset the destructive reality of fluoride calcification on our health we don't get to experience the impact as much, however, it's a growing dangerous health threat.

According to the World Health Organization(WHO), excess fluoride intake causes a condition known as skeletal fluorosis, which has symptoms that are quite similar to arthritis in its early stages. Early signs of skeletal fluorosis sufferers may experience:

•Burning and tingling in limbs
•Muscle weakness, loss of density
•Chronic fatigue, mental disorders
•Gastrointestinal disorders
•Reduced appetite accompanied by weight loss

The second clinical stage of skeletal fluorosis is characterized by:

•Stiff joints, bone pain, brittle bones; and osteosclerosis, which is similar to osteopetrosis, a disease that can cause bones to dissolved and fractured.
•Anemia, constant iron deficiency
•Calcification of tendons, or ligaments in the ribs and pelvis

New studies show a relationship between the pineal gland and the regrowth of bone cells.

Melatonin production seems to promote bone formation and prevent bone fracture via several mechanisms which include the increase in the osteoblastic activity. *Curcumin is a fat-soluble medicine, meaning that it requires fat to best absorb into the body. Coconut milk is known to encourage the absorbtion of turmeric's curcumin.

Taking turmeric whole or curcumin isolate requires fat-solution foods to aid with absorption.

Mixing turmeric with good quality, healthy fats can increase its bioavailability. The curcumin will bind to fat and make it more easily absorbed by the gut. Cooking with fats such as coconut oil, almond or coconut milk will optimise the body's absorption of curcumin. Turmeric supplement is best taken with meals or choose one that contains a bioavailability enhancer.
